GotSafety Cal/OSHA Defense Program
Cal/OSHA Defense At No Cost To You
GotSafety defends more California businesses than any other organization in the state.
We donate our time to a select number of california businesses to defend them if they are facing cal/osha citations.
Most Common OSHA Citation Mistakes:
RESPONDING TO INTENT-TO-CITE LETTER TOO SOON
We recommend NOT to reply to an Intent-To-Cite Letter until you have had a chance to speak with one of our defense experts. Your reply can be used against you later on in your appeal process.
FAILure TO FILE A "MOTION OF DISCOVERY" TO OBTAIN OSHA CASE FILES AGAINST YOU
A motion of discovery will give you the right to see the Cal/OSHA citation file. This includes any reports, interviews, evidence, etc that they collected to cite you. You will need this to build your case & defense.
IMPROPER PHRASING WHEN SUBMITTING THE APPEAL
Not phrasing your appeal correctly can limit your ability for reduction or dismissal of citations. It is extremely important to talk to our experts when filling out your appeal.
