Our Process For Custom Lessons
GotSafety’s custom lesson creation process is a streamlined nine-step approach that ensures tailored and effective safety training for businesses. From initial consultation to final delivery, our team of experts meticulously works through each stage, conducting research, collaborating on content development, and utilizing professional video production. With our proven process, we prioritize your organization’s unique needs, delivering engaging and informative safety lessons that empower your workforce to operate in a secure environment.
Step 1 – Lesson Request
A business requests a specific lesson. Be it basic first aid to iguana safety, no topic is too big or small.
Step 2 – Research and Writing
After a lesson is requested, GotSafety’s dedicated Research Team gets to work researching and writing the lesson.
Step 3 – Approval
Once a lesson is written, it goes through the scrutinous examination of our OSHA complaince officer then to client for approval.
Step 4 – Translation
With a lesson being approved, it is then translated into Spanish for the client’s convience.
Step 5 – Converted into A Video Script
When the lesson if finished being translated, both English and Spanish version are given to GotSafety’s Media team to be converted into a video script to be filmed.

Step 7 – Film Editing
Once filiming is complete, the Media Team gets to work on editing the videos to not only provide that the material is presented in an educational way, but also in a way that is entertaining to watch.
Step 8 – Video Loaded to App
With the completion of the video editing and another scrutinous examination for approval, the videos are uploaded to the GotSafety App, adding to the over 1,300 lessons avaiable to clients.
Step 9 – You Get Notified
And just like that, your custom safety lesson is completed and you get notified that it is ready to go.
