GotSafety Services
Safety Training
Subcontractors are required to conduct and document regular safety training for all employees.
- Upload your weekly safety training sign-off sheets.
- If your program isn’t approved, access GotSafety’s discounted training system for $79/month.
- Ensure all employees’ training records are up to date for OSHA compliance.

Safety Inspections
Subcontractors must conduct regular safety inspections and submit reports to demonstrate OSHA compliance.
- Upload at least four comprehensive safety inspection reports from the past year.
- If your inspection reports aren’t approved, GotSafety offers quarterly on-site inspections at a discounted rate of $300/month.
- PacWest Builders may conduct random, unannounced safety audits through GotSafety, with reports sent directly to PacWest. To schedule inspections, contact Bill Whitaker at GotSafety.

Safety Documentation
Subcontractors must submit up-to-date safety documentation to comply with PacWest Builders’ OSHA requirements.
- Upload safety documents, including IIPP, Emergency Action Plan, Fall Prevention, and more, through the portal.
- If your documentation is not approved, GotSafety offers updated documents at a discounted rate of $1,500 (normally $6,000).
- Ensure all safety documentation is current and compliant to avoid delays in approval.
